We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return or cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original paintings and Fine Art prints
Purchased original paintings and/or Fine Art prints are not returnable and therefore a refund will not apply.
How to start a return or cancellation
You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account: ‘ —‘ or go to ‘orders’ in the menu. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If the complete order is returned the standard outbound shipping costs you paid will be refunded. If you chose a more expensive shipping option, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
