Shipping, Packaging & Order Information
Every order is carefully packed and processed with the highest level of care to ensure it arrives safely.
All packages are shipped discreetly without any indication of their contents.
Our giclée prints, fine art prints and posters are professionally rolled and double-packed for maximum protection during transport. Each print is wrapped in protective foam, placed inside a heavy-duty shipping tube and then packed inside a sturdy cardboard box. This packaging method significantly reduces the risk of damage during international shipping.
All shipments are clearly marked with fragile labels and every print is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Order Confirmation
An order becomes legally binding only after it has been confirmed by JosHoppenbrouwers.com via email.
We recommend keeping your order confirmation until your purchase has been delivered, as it may be required when contacting customer support.
Personal Use & Custom Requests
All artworks, giclée prints and posters are sold for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Please note that we do not offer customizations.
This means:
- It is not possible to request a specific edition number for giclée prints.
- Additional signatures cannot be added.
- Personalized messages or custom text cannot be included.
- Every artwork is delivered exactly as shown and described on the website.
Payment
The final amount is calculated using the current exchange rate against the Euro (€).
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other local fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order to determine any additional import costs.

Original Paintings & Giclée Prints
Orders containing original paintings or giclée prints are processed as quickly as possible and shipped within 10 business days.
All shipments are fully insured, registered with tracking and shipped via PostNL.
Once your package arrives in the destination country, delivery will be completed by your local postal service.
Posters
Poster orders are usually dispatched within one business day.
These orders are also shipped via PostNL and transferred to the local postal service once they reach the destination country.
Studio Pickup
If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from the studio.
Simply select “Pickup in Store” during checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup appointment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your destination and the delivery schedules of PostNL and your local postal service.
Although we always dispatch orders within the stated processing times, JosHoppenbrouwers.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If the packaging shows visible signs of damage, we recommend noting this on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact JosHoppenbrouwers.com within seven days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Photos of the damaged artwork or print.
- Photos of the shipping box.
- Photos of all protective packaging.
Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been completed.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Original Paintings & Giclée Prints
All sales of original paintings and limited edition giclée prints are final.
Each original artwork is unique, and every giclée print is professionally printed, hand-numbered and produced to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, order cancellations or refund requests.
Posters
Poster orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned posters must:
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
