Shipping & Handling
Packaging
All orders are packed and processed with great care and attention. Each package is shipped discreetly and without content labels. All giclée prints are rolled up and double packed. The prints are wrapped in protective foam foil and placed in a very sturdy tube, after which they are placed in a cardboard box. This method of packaging minimizes the risk of damage during transport. The packages are of course provided with 'fragile stickers'. The prints come with a certificate of authenticity.
Order agreement
There is only an agreement when the order has been confirmed by JosHoppenbrouwers.com, by email.
We recommend you keep this confirmation in case you want to contact JosHoppenbrouwers.com and/or until you have received your order.
Personal use only and special wishes
Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Please note: there are no customization options available when purchasing our paintings or prints. It is not possible to select a specific print number, add an additional signature, or include a personal text on the painting. Each piece is delivered as shown and described.
Payment
Payments for your order can be made in your own currency or Bitcoin. The total amount is calculated at the current exchange rate and conversion costs against the Euro (€).
Customs and other import processing fees are not included in the item price and must be handled by the purchasing party. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Shipping fees
A fixed shipping fee is added during checkout and depend on the package size and destination.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after placing your order, but no later than the processing time of 10 business days.
All shipments are registered and insured and carried out by PostNL. Once the parcel has arrived in its destination country the local postal service will handle the delivery.
Pickup
It is possible to collect your order from the studio instead of getting it shipped if that is what you would prefer.
During checkout you can select 'pickup in store'. As soon as your order is ready for collection we will contact you to make an appointment.
Delivery time
All orders are carried out by PostNL and it is assumed that the order will be delivered within PostNL's delivery time, counting from the date the order was dispatched.
JosHoppenbrouwers.com is not responsible for any delay during transport due to force majeure.
Delivery acceptance
Packages should only be accepted without visible signs of wear and tear. If the customer decides to accept visibly damaged items this should be noted on the delivery form next to their signature.
Damages
If it appears that the product is damaged, the customer must contact JosHoppenbrouwers.com no later than 7 days after receival and include photos of both the packaging and its content. All the original packaging must also be retained until we come to a solution together. Return fees are at the expense of the customer.
Return policy
All sales are final.
Original art is custom work and all artprints are printed and numbered to order.
We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.
